Overview

The new multi-award winning City Of Perth Library incorporates a KNX control system designed and installed by Auto Control Systems.  The system utilises a KNX backbone to control lighting, blinds, louvres and emergency light testing (via a Dali backbone).

The system has a Citect SCADA operator interface allowing scheduling of lighting events and providing operator information.

Lights are controlled via a combination of time schedules, motion detectors and ambient light levels to ensure an energy efficient system.
