Overview

This project involved working as a sub-contractor to a leading manufacturer of rail guidance systems, dubbed “Hyrails”. Auto Control Systems originally quoted to replace the obsolete relay control system with mobile PLC equipment which also allows for driver awareness interaction.

ACS works continually with our client to design, develop and manufacture Hyrail control systems for a range of different vehicles stretching from light to heavy vehicles and loaders. This original scope has since been expanding to include vehicle engine integration, GPS tracking, cameras and logging. Each vehicle receives a control system tailored to manage its unique requirements.
