Auto Control Systems developed and installed robotics and process control training modules for North Metro TAFE, incorporating UR5e Robots, Robotiq Grippers, Cameras, SMC Pneumatic Systems, and IFM Sensors. These modules are designed to replicate tasks across various industries, offering hands-on experience for students.
The system includes Sensor2Cloud integration and peripheral equipment, enabling real-world industry scenarios. Fully selectable control systems and I/O are accessible through plug-to-plug enclosures, while all robots are connected via Ethernet/IP, HDMI, and USB ports for external access. This setup ensures that students gain practical, versatile training in automation and process control.
