The Dash BHP project involved the development of a large sensor network diagnostic system for monitoring critical maintenance points on mobile machinery, with a project value of $3.5 million. This solution enables the remote monitoring and diagnostics of both automated and non-automated heavy mobile plant, ensuring real-time performance insights and proactive maintenance.
As part of the project, we provided full manufacturing services, including the fabrication of kits, instructions, and bracketing tailored to suit each vehicle type. This approach guarantees seamless integration into existing machinery and maximises operational efficiency. By delivering a highly customisable solution, Auto Control Systems ensures the longevity and reliability of critical assets in the field.
