I. IIOT CONTROLLER INTEGRATION WITH IO-LINK
a. Introduction of ifm’s IIoT Controller and it’s capabilities
b. Demonstrate the onboarding process of an IO-Link master into the IIoT controller
c. Using the programming environment CoDeSys3.5, create a program to read the values of a capacitive sensor connected to the IO-Link master, and switch on a signal lamp.
d. Demonstrate an application where level in a tank is represented via a 20 LED light tower.
e. Reset the totalizer of an IO-Link flow meter by using a capacitive push button.
f. Create a short webvisualisation into the IIoT controller and represent it wireless on a tablet
g. Demonstrate the incoming values of an IO-Link vibration sensor.
II. IFM’S ROBUST DISPLAYS INTEGRATION WITH IO-LINK
a. Establish communication in between an IO-Link master and the display via Ethernet IP.
b. Create a short visualization on the display and use it also as a webvisualisation.
III. IO-LINK INTEGRATION WITH ALLAN BRADLEY PLC
a. Establish communication in between the PLC and IO-Link master and prove inputs/outputs
IV. BLUETOOTH MESH
a. Explain the setup and use of a Bluetooth mesh.
b. Demonstrate using a variety of sensors (temperature, pressure, vibration, etc)
