One of Western Australias biggest chemical companies provides cyanide analysers to organiations needing a complete, turnkey solution to comply with cyanide mine-site regulations. When Auto Control Systems first encountered it, the cyanide analyser consisted of a custom built IC board providing little flexibility and user friendliness. Since that time, Auto Control Systems has redesigned it to now capitalise on the added Proface HMI and Allen-Bradley PLC system.

For this customer Auto Control Systems redesigned the controls for the analyser to use a Proface HMI and Allen-Bradley PLC system. With a newly engineered software package installed, the updated system provides a vastly improved user experience, allows for increased troubleshooting options, and most importantly is intuitively designed to enable easy adjustments for future demands and modified processes.
